Founded in 2023 by Irish musician & talent scout Rory McGettigan, IRL Entertainment was created to elevate artists and redefine live entertainment in the Middle East.

Rory’s journey in the music industry began in Donegal, Ireland, where he was deeply immersed in music from a young age. His professional path took a turn when he moved to Dubai to teach music, later transitioning into live performance during the COVID-19 lockdown. Recognising a gap in the market for high-quality entertainment representation, Rory shifted into talent scouting, growing an agency’s roster from 9 to 58 artists and expanding entertainment networks across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, and Oman. His first-hand experience as both a musician and a booking agent gave him a unique perspective – one that values both the artists and the clients equally.

With a deep understanding of the entertainment industry, Rory founded IRL Entertainment to create an agency that not only books talent but also advocates for artists, ensuring they are treated fairly, represented authentically, and placed in venues that suit their abilities.

Today, IRL Entertainment represents over 3,000 artists and collaborates with some of the most prestigious venues and brands in the region, from luxury hotels to large-scale corporate events. The agency continues to grow, driven by Rory’s passion for live entertainment, artist empowerment, and delivering unforgettable experiences.
