Behind IRL
Built from inside the room.
IRL was founded in Dubai in 2023 by Irish musician and talent scout Rory McGettigan. Having worked on both sides of live entertainment—as a performer and as the person responsible for the booking—Rory built IRL around a simple idea: choose the right talent for the room, communicate properly and make showtime feel effortless.
